ERP Programme Assessment
A Fixed Price Assessment of the Risks and Opportunities of an ERP Implementation Programme
Our ERP Programme Assessment service involves four key phases:
It is conducted for a Fixed Price that we confirm following a one day Plan phase of work for which there is no charge other than reasonable expenses. The Fixed Price is driven primarily by the amount of effort required to conduct the Discover phase, but is usually around £10,000, excluding VAT and Expenses.
During the one day Plan phase, we spend time with key individuals responsible for sponsoring, directing and managing the programme to understand:
- Rationale and Business Drivers of the Programme
- Solution Scope
- Work Scope, Costs and Plans
- Organisation and Resourcing
- Risks and Issues
- Programme Status
Following the Plan phase, we provide a Fixed Price proposal for conducting the remaining phases of the Programme Assessment.
The Discover phase involves more detailed fact finding about the programme, based on structured discussions with key programme stakeholders and team members
In the Evaluate phase, we review the information obtained during the Discover phase to use our extensive experience of leading ERP implementation programmes to assess the risks and opportunities relating to the programme
To complete the Assessment, we present our findings and recommendations to the programme sponsor and leadership, including an Action Plan for dealing with risks and realising opportunities
