Our client was planning to conduct a £60m programme, comprising a number of projects, to enhance its existing ERP solution to meet a number of business requirements.
Our role included:
Leading the selection of an ERP implementation services provider to support the programme
Preparing cost estimates for each of the projects included in the programme
Preparing, and managing the approval of, the business case for a £30m project included in the programme
Designing and establishing the programme governance structure
Defining and implementing a comprehensive programme management reporting structure
